Conference 02 — What Is Death? What Dies and What Doesn’t Die?
The ignorance about death made human beings feel fear. People often do not understand death as the ultimate goal or final objective of everything. If a person truly understands what death is, people won't be afraid of it anymore, and they will be able to venture into the Mysteries of Life and Death.
“The reason to live is to die,”
and we have no other task different from this. We are born to die, and we die to be born. If the seed does not die, the plant does not grow. Death is the end of something; death liberates.
We have the right to return in 324,000 human physical bodies, passing through bodily death. All this will happen mechanically if we do not understand the importance of psychological death, which allows us to achieve in an existence the intimate self-realization of the Being.
We see that there are three types of death, which are intimately related to each other, and that one could not be studied without studying the other two:
- A. The Death of Physical Body.
- B. The Second Death.
- C. Psychological death.
Let’s Study the Process of Death of the Physical Body
It begins with a state of catalepsy that lasts 72 hours, where the physical body is dead, but this state can be suspended at any time, so the dying person could return to the body during this period. During these seventy-two (72) hours, three Trials take place:
First Judgment
In the first five (5) minutes, the disembodied person makes a conscious retrospection of each act in this existence, carefully observing each event of the lived existence, and upon reaching the very moment of their birth, compares the life lived with the plan they had for it.
Second Judgment
It is given approximately twenty-four (24) hours with the Lords of the Divine Law. Two things are considered for this judgment:
- The atomic weight of the psychological elements.
- The number of psychological defects (quantity).
Then these are compared with the atomic weight of those which the dying man had at the end of his previous existence. Thus, it is possible to see whether they increased or decreased the number of psychological defects.
Third Judgment
It is approximately forty-eight (48) hours after the process of death, the Soul of the disembodied is taken to the Tribunal of Objective Justice. Here, three things are judged:
- The weight of the good or bad deeds of the Ego (deeds of existence).
- The number of times that each of these psychological elements manifested itself in existence.
- The measurement of fire in the spinal cord.
At the end of this process, the addition and subtraction of the fractions is made, which must determine several things: The Karma that this soul will endure in its next existence and the electro-psychic design of the new personality, if it has the right to have a new existence. At the end of this judgment, Anubis, the Hierarch of Objective Justice, orders the Angel of Death to cut the silver cord of the disembodied and be released from his physical body.
But the Angel of Death asks for permission from the Divine Mother of the dying person. If she allows, it takes up to twenty-four (24) hours to cut the silver cord with the ray of death, if the Divine Mother does not authorize the ray of death, the dying person must return to their physical body within seventy-two (72) hours.
Unfortunately, at this time, almost everyone is unconscious of these processes, which were known before by all tribes and people of the planet, and the dying person is buried alive or submitted to an autopsy before seventy-two (72) hours. This would be avoided if people knew better the process of death and were not so afraid of it; with a vigil of seventy-two (72) hours, it could be avoided.
Once the Angel of Death has acted, three alternatives open up for the disembodied:
- If the 108 existences have already ended, and the soul must enter the submerged involution on planet Earth, where the soul won't leave until it achieves the Second Death or the liberation of its Essence.
- If the 108 existences haven't ended yet, the soul will be transferred to Limbo, where the soul will wait for its next physical body, making continuous retrospections of its previous existence.
- If the disembodied worked with the Sacred Fire and increased its measure, Anubis the Hierarch will order vacations in Heaven. Also, the Divine Mother of the disembodied will take him to heaven, and she gives him strength and instructions so that in his next physical body, this soul will attempt the Self-Realization of his Being.
The Second Death
When we do not work on eliminating our psychological defects, the Psyche or Soul is lost at the end of the 108 existences. This soul is taken to the Abyss, where the soul enters the Nine Dantesque Circles, from where the soul won't emerge until nature disintegrates all the defects that were created in his existences.
After thousands of years of suffering and decomposition, the essence becomes pure again, and the liberation of it from the Abyss occurs. This step is called the Second Death. The essence comes out liberated into the light of the Sun, where it will restart a new evolution, starting again from the mineral kingdom.
Psychological Death
This releases us from the constant slavery in which we are held by the psychological defects or ways of being of oneself.
We have millions of psychological defects or sins that manifest themselves in daily life, and these defects permanently waste our energies unnecessarily.
Types of Defects
There are different kinds of defects:
- Anger, impatience, irritability, greed, ambition, worry, deceit, lying, fear, jealousy, vanity, conceit, self-love, self-esteem, self-sympathy, suffering, pride, ill-will, discouragement, displeasure, disgust, repugnance, laziness, idleness, curiosity, envy.
- Lust, fornication, adultery, theft, cheating, sleep, begging, defeat, alcoholism, drug addiction, degeneration, gluttony, voracity, etc.
As the poet from Mantua said, “even if we had a steel palate and a thousand tongues, it would not be enough for us to enumerate the psychological defects.”
Consciousness and the Defect
- Each one of these psychological defects has a small portion of our consciousness trapped, which gives life to the defect.
- When a psychological defect dies, the trapped spark or consciousness is released which is the real part of it.
- If a psychological defect can be eliminated, all defects can be eliminated. If we can release one spark from the darkness, we can liberate all of them.
It is demonstrated that with psychological death, we can kill death for an eternity.
If we free ourselves from all our psychological defects, we will have recovered all our consciousness and integrated our Being, achieving sacred individuality.
That is why we say that the reason of living is to die.
Practice of Psychological Death
One must discover a defect through self-observation, judge it through reflection until it is understood, and eliminate it by praying to the particular Divine Mother to kill the defect.
Example Breakdown
- Example: I am walking down the street and I see a beautiful woman. I observe an unmistakable sensation in the sexual center, I discover attraction in my instinctive center, I fall in love with the emotional center, I idealize it in the intellectual center, and I observe the orders given to me by the Ego in the motor center. (This is defect-observed).
- Reflection: “What is it that ‘defect’ desires?”, “Why does it torment me?”, “What does it suggest to me to do?”.
- Understanding: I am fornicating with all the centers with every woman I like; the psychological defect is handling me; I forget myself; I identify myself with the defect, and the consciousness falls asleep.
- Elimination: From every detail that I have observed and I become conscious about it, I ask the particular Divine Mother to eliminate in each center the defect, the desire that I feel.
This process can be repeated throughout the day for every detail that I discover.
What Dies?
The physical body, the vital body, and the personality are the parts that die at the end of one's existence.
What Does Not Die?
The Essence or Consciousness of each person is immortal; it is the only real and true thing about us, it never dies, it is the part of God in each one.
The psychological defects in which our Essence or Consciousness is trapped return from existence to existence, and in each of these, the defects become stronger. For this reason, it is important to understand that with the death of the physical body, the psychological defects do not die; they are trapped by the seminal envelope and transferred to the new body until the 108 existences are completed. If we do not voluntarily eliminate the defects at the end, they will disintegrate into the Abyss when the Second Death is completed.
