CONF. 41 THE DANCE OF DERVISHES AND THE TRASMUTATION OF COSMIC FORCES
The purpose of this conference is to give us tools so that we can perform better in the Esoteric Work.
- THE DANCE OF THE DERVISHES:
The Dervishes are Masters of Turkey who live in the desert. There are Singing Dervishes and there are Dancing Dervishes. The Singing Dervishes teach through songs and music the processes of Consciousness. The Dancing Dervishes teach through dances how the body can be in harmony with the Universe with certain movements or Runes, which within us mobilize forces that are very useful to be able to achieve Concentration.
So, these dances are intended to achieve Concentration. We must do it before any practice to be successful. In this way, in order to take out any practice: astral projection, meditation, etc., if one wants to obtain good results, one must harmonize the Physical Body with the inner part. And it is achieved with these exercises.
These three dances are as follows:
- Fisrt Dance:* Open the arms, so that they are straight and perpendicular to the trunk. Put the palms of your hands facing up and start turning clockwise.
This practice is very useful because it relieves the liver, the solar plexus and the emotional zone. In addition, it organizes and makes the Seven Chakras rotate correctly, clockwise. Unfortunately, the mismanagement of energies and the energetic expenditure in which all human beings live cause these Chakras to rotate in the opposite direction. This exercise aligns and it coordinates the three brains, and produces a vibratory phenomenon.
You have to practice it every day. A minimum of twenty-one (21) laps must be made. When you finish turning, you turn your right foot forward, bending it a little and put your left arm on your right knee and with your right hand squeeze your eyebrow, so that there is no dizziness. If it is done for eight days in a row, one realizes that you no longer feel dizzy, or if you feel very little. Then the liver is being unloaded, which allows a better astral projection.
- The Second Dance* is to quiet the mind: most people work all day long and carry many worries. These worries are the ones that do not allow you to focus when you are going to meditate, or astral projection, or do any other practice. If we are intellectuals and we are sitting in an office all day, it is necessary that we balance ourselves a little, to advance work.
So, it is advisable for a space of five or ten minutes to do the dance that we are going to teach. It is a dance that coordinates the three brains: first it quiets the Intellectual, the best way to quiet the Intellectual is by not thinking; puts with the encouragement that is required to be able to start any practice to the Emotional; and balances the Motor.
This exercise is very simple and is carried out like this: we begin to jog at the post and at the same time we begin to clap rhythmically in front and behind the body, and at the same time turn the head from one side to the other. That is the whole exercise.
Undoubtedly, while doing the exercise you cannot think, because no thought is sustained there, so the process of balance begins to take place. If we do this exercise for five or ten minutes before any practice, we will obtain a much higher capacity for concentration.
- Third Dance:* We begin to jog at the stand. This time we begin to clap rhythmically to the left side and turn our heads to the right side. Then we clapped our hands on the right side and turned our heads to the left side. It is very simple, and you have to practice it until you coordinate it very well. There are these two exercises. The important thing is to coordinate the three things: head movements, movements of the arms forward and backward or to the sides, and movements of the legs. Finally, breathing is also coordinated. hen you have enough practice, they are done very easily. Practice makes perfect.
- THE TRANSMUTATION OF COSMIC FORCES:
The Transmutation of the Cosmic Force is a work that we must do consciously. This work is done between the Planet Earth, the Microcosm Man and the Sirius Sun.
Before starting it, we must do the dance of the dervishes in order to have enough concentration.
When we do this work, we earn Dharma for conscious help to the planet. That Dharma is reflected in the strength that remains for us by participation in this work.
Planet Earth needs our conscious collaboration. The planet Earth also has its Sun inside; this Sun is called Melchizedek, the Inner Sun.
In the Sirius Sun we find the Army of the Voice. From him comes all the energy that sustains Creation. If one imagines the Spiritual Sun of Sirius, one sees a spiral of little lights formed by millions of angels that move the Army of the Voice, of spectacular brilliance. Depending on the degree of concentration you have, you can see this.
A person doing the Transmutation of the Cosmic Force for one hour to two hours can see things like these, the opportunity to see it is achieved with good concentration.
We do this work by invoking our Being, because for our Being there is no space, nor is there time. That is, the distance to Sirius does not matter, the distance from where we are to the center of the Earth, the 6,240 kilometers that there are more or less to the center of the Earth, for the Being is irrelevant, He can be there in a second.
We sat with the palms of our hands facing upwards. Let's imagine the vortices of reception and transmission of cosmic energy that are in the toes.
So, the work consists of transferring energy from planet Earth to the Heart, then transferring it to the Sirius Sun, then lowering it back to our Heart and finally delivering that Cosmic Energy to the planet Earth.
It makes the complete turn. We take an energy to Sirius and we bring an energy from Sirius to planet Earth, we exhale it on planet Earth expelling all the air from the lungs.
It can be sitting or standing, it doesn't matter. I inhale making the first eight in the center of the planet and I take it to the level of the heart, it becomes the Eight, it goes out towards Sirius through the crown of the head, because the crown is the point of departure from the planet, from the microcosm. Then we arrive at Sirius, we imagine Sirius, we make the Eight there and return again to the heart, we do the Eight, at the exit of the heart, we exhale and expel all the discharge to the center of the planet, making the Eight there in the center.
A complete breath – inhalation, retention and exhalation – will last from thirty seconds to a minute, according to the lung capacity that each one has. There is no need to worry about running, there is no rush.
At the end of the transmutation we are charged with an unimaginable energy to practice astral projection, meditation, whatever. It is a very special energy, the more it has been transmuted the better it feels, and the better one can concentrate to do the practices.
Energy can be imagined silvery gray, at the least expected moment it begins to be seen. You will see the jet of energy that is running through you, but that is seen during practice.
The conditions for doing this transmutation exercise are:
- To be barefoot.
- In a quiet place.
- If possible in contact with the earth. If it is not possible, then it is on materials that do not insulate, such as tile floors. Carpets insulate.
To do the work of Transmutation of the Cosmic Force, you have to make five horizontal Eights, equal to the symbol of the Infinite (∞):
- The first Eight below, in the center of the Earth.
- The second Eight at the height of the Heart.
- The third Eight at the Syrian Sun.
- The fourth Eight at the height of the Heart again.
- The fifth Eight finally arrived again at the center of the Earth's planet.
- PRACTICE:
We start with an inhalation. With the Imagination we take the energy from the center of planet Earth, making the first Eight. Then we ascend to the Heart. We do the second Eight to the height of the Heart. Holding our breath, we left through the crown of our head and went towards Sirius, imagining Sirius. We do the third Eight in Sirius. We go down to our heart, penetrating through the crown of our heads. We make the fourth Eight in the Heart. Coming out the Heart, we exhale sending all the energy we bring to the Earth, imagining that we discharge that energy in the center of the planet. And we make the fifth eight
