Mental Projection
To enter the Mental World, we use the Mental Body; for that, each dimension has its body. When one already goes out consciously to the Astral World, then one does this operation right there.
Being conscious in the Astral Body, we have to order it with a strong voice, like a military command: "Astral Body, come out of me\!" and act as if we were taking something off ourselves, like shaking off the Astral Body. That is to say, the Mental Projection is done in the Astral World.
Once we are situated in the Mental Body, we consciously pass to the Mental Plane, that takes no effort.
Thus, the two bodies are separated, the Astral and the Mental. Both bodies can talk with each other as two people do in the Physical World, each with its own consciousness, and one sees the difference from one body to the other.
The Astral Body and the Mental Body are both in the fifth dimension, they are two bodies of the same dimension, therefore the operation is easy there.
One must not confuse the three-dimensional part with the four-dimensional part and the fifth dimension. Everything in its place, because that is where confusions come from.
What unfolds is not the mind but the Mental Body. And for this, the Mental Body must be fabricated first.
As long as the legitimate Astral Body has not been fabricated, it is not possible to access the solar part of that World. And so, it happens with the Mental Body. In the lunar Mental World, one cannot investigate deeply, because everything is illusory, there is much deception. On the other hand, in the solar part everything is reality.
In the Astral World it is not possible to see the Ego as a legion. It is in the Mental that one can bring out all that great army to dialogue with them. In the Mental one can invoke the defects. Comes then a multitude of people and one knows that all those elements found there are oneself.
We do not go to the Mental World to wage war with our defects, but to investigate how they feed, how we feed them, everything in detail. It will be "from friend to friend", one talks with that element and it tells the reason for its actions.
