CONF. 22 MEDITATION

In life, the only important thing is radical, total, and definitive change; the rest frankly does not have the slightest importance.

Meditation is essential when we sincerely want such a change.

In no way do we desire inconsequential, superficial and vain Meditation.

We need to get serious and put aside so much nonsense that abounds out there in pseudo-esotericism and cheap pseudo-occultism.

We must know how to be serious, we must know how to change, if we really do not want to fail in the Esoteric Work.

Whoever does not know how to meditate, is superficial, the foolish, will never be able to dissolve the Ego; he will always be a powerless log in the furious sea of life.

A defect discovered in the field of practical life, it must be deeply understood through the technique of Meditation.

The didactic material for Meditation is found precisely in the various daily events or circumstances of practical life, this is incontrovertible.

People always protest against unpleasant events, they never know how to see the usefulness of such events.

Instead of protesting against unpleasant circumstances, we should extract from them by Mediation the elements useful for our mental growth.

Deep meditation on this or that pleasant or unpleasant circumstance allows us to feel in ourselves the taste, the result.

It is necessary to make a full psychological differentiation between what is the taste of work and the taste of life.

In any case, to feel in oneself the taste of work, a total reversal of the attitude with which the circumstances of existence are normally taken are required.

No one could like the taste of work as long as he made the mistake of identifying himself with the various events.

Certainly, identification prevents the proper psychological appreciation of events.

When one identifies oneself with this or that event, one is in no way able to extract from it the elements useful for self-discovery and inner growth of Consciousness.

The Esoteric Worker who returns to identification after having lost his guard feels the taste of life instead of the taste of work.

This indicates that the previously inverted psychological attitude has returned to its state of identification.

Any unpleasant circumstance must be reconstructed by the conscious imagination through the technique of Meditation.

The reconstruction of any scene allows us to verify for ourselves and in a direct way the intervention of several defects participating in it.

Examples: A scene of love jealousy; it involves anger, jealousy and even hatred.

To understand each of these defects, each of these factors, in fact implies deep reflection, concentration, meditation.

The marked tendency to blame others is an obstacle, it is an obstacle to the understanding of our own mistakes.

Unfortunately, it is a very difficult task to destroy in us the tendency to blame others.

In the name of truth, we must say that we are the only ones to blame for the various unpleasant circumstances of life.

The various pleasant or unpleasant events exist with or without us and are repeated mechanically continuously.

Starting from this principle, no problem can have a final solution.

The problems are of life and if there were a final solution, life would not be life but death.

Then there may be a change in circumstances and problems, but they will never cease to repeat and will never have a final solution.

Life is a wheel that turns mechanically with all the pleasant and unpleasant circumstances, always recurring.

We cannot stop the wheel, good circumstances are always processed mechanically, we can only change our attitude to the events of life.

As we learn to extract the material for Meditation from the very circumstances of existence, we will discover ourselves.

In any pleasant or unpleasant circumstance there are various defects that must be fully understood with the technique of Meditation.

This means that any group of defects intervening in any drama, comedy or tragedy of practical life, after having been integrally understood, must be eliminated by the power of the Divine Mother Kundalini.

As we make use of the Sense of psychological observation, the latter will also develop wonderfully. Then we will be able to perceive the defects during the Work of Meditation.

It is interesting to perceive inwardly not only the defects before they have been worked, but also during the whole Work.

When these defects are decapitated and disintegrated, we feel a great relief, a great bliss.

  • Practice of Reflective Meditation:

1- Quiet place.

2- Protection of the Belilín and Magic Circle.

3- Plea for assistance to the Father and the Divine Mother.

4- Relaxation of the Physical Body.

5- Rebuild a scene or a certain event (Mantram RAOM-GAOM).

6- Observe each of the details.

7- Judge yourself mercilessly.

8- Beg the Divine Mother for death for every detail comprehended.

  • Remarks:
  • When reconstructing a scene, we should not identify with it.
  • In no case should we accept justification or evade it.
  • We are going to judge ourselves, not others.
  • Do not blame others.
  • It is important to put ourselves in the other person's point of view.
  • Repeat this practice whenever you have the opportunity.

The interested student should not go to bed without reflecting on the different details of the day.

  • End of Conference 22\.
