Conference 10 — The Seven Bodies

The objective of this conference is for us to know each of the Seven Bodies, their functions, development, nature, laws they manage, and how we can create them through suprasex.

Physical Body

We possess our Physical body; it vibrates with the musical note DO (C). It has a cellular nature, is governed by 48 laws. It forms what we call our outer world or Earth, is found in the third dimension, is related to the Element Earth, and therefore to the Gnomes and Pygmies.

Related to the Sexual Center, it manages the creative sexual energy, which is its origin. It works with Hydrogen 48 because it is related to the 48 laws. It is currently in a lunar condition due to the fornication. We must regenerate it as we already possess it.

Etheric or Vital Body

There is a second body called the Etheric or Vital, which vibrates with the musical note RE (D). It is of an etheric nature, as it is constituted by four ethers:

• Chemical: Assimilation.
• Luminous: External sensory perceptions.
• Reflective: Imagination and will.
• Life: Reproduction.

It is governed by the same 48 laws, as it is the higher dimension of the Physical Body, and this body works with Hydrogen 48. It manages our Waters and, therefore, the Undines and Nereids of Water. It is located in the fourth dimension.

This body sets in the Instinctive Center, in the sacrum. It produces Vital Energy, which sustains four energies, and which is deposited in the Sexual Center to be able to create. It is currently in a lunar condition due to the expulsion of sexual energy. We must regenerate it, as we already have this body.

Astral Body

We also have a principle of an Astral body; it vibrates with the musical note MI (E), and it has a molecular nature. It is the first principle of matter. It has 24 laws and uses Hydrogen 24. It is located in the fifth dimension, the Emotional World, and works with Emotional Energy. It manages our inner Fire and is related to the Salamanders of Fire. Its seat within us is the Emotional Center, at the level of the solar plexus. It is currently in a lunar condition. Only a few humans have this astral body, and for this reason, we must create it.

Mental Body

We also have a principle of a Mental body, which is why we think. It vibrates with the musical note FA (F). It is of an atomic nature. It is subject to 12 laws and uses Hydrogen 12. It is located in the fifth dimension, the Mental World, and works with Mental Energy. It manages the Air and is therefore related to the Sylphs and Sylphides of Air. Its seat within us is the Intellectual Center, at the level of the heart. It is currently in a lunar condition. Only a few humans have this mental body, and for this reason, we must create it.

Causal Body or Body of the Will

We also have a principle of a Body of Will or Causal; it vibrates with the musical note SOL (G). It is of an electronic nature. It is subject to 6 laws. It is located in the sixth dimension, the World of Causes. It is our Human Soul. It manages the Ether. Its seat is located in the Motor Center, at the level of the larynx. It works with the Energy of Will. It uses Hydrogen 6. It is currently in a lunar condition. Only a few humans have this causal body, and for this reason, we must create it.

Buddhic Body or Body of Consciousness

We have a Buddhic Body or Body of Consciousness; it is in a solar condition, which means that this body did not fall when the expulsion of sexual energy occurred. It vibrates with the musical note LA (A). It is of a magnetic nature, formed by protons, and is the essential purpose of the Being. It is subject to 6 laws. It is located in the sixth dimension, the Buddhic World. It is our Divine Soul. It manages Akasha. Its material seat is in the Higher Emotional Center, in the Pituitary Gland. It is elevated in all human beings.

Atmic Body

We have an Atmic body; it is our Innermost. It is in a solar condition, which means that this body also did not fall. It vibrates with the musical note SI (B). It has a luminous or photonic nature. It is subject to the 3 laws. It is located in the seventh dimension or Atmic World. It is the lowest point our Being can reach, coming from the World of Spirit. It is located in the Higher Intellectual Center, in the Pineal Gland. It is raised in all human beings.

Requirements to Do the Work

• It is necessary to find a stable opposite couple, male or female. They must be interested in collaborating doing the work; it is not allowed to constantly change our couples. If it is necessary to change our couple, we must wait a minimum magnetic waiting period of one year. The couple must be valued and loved, as with them, we are going to make True Love. And a work of love is nourished by love.
• We must value Sexual Creative Energy and its importance within the Work. To the extent that we understand that this Energy is our Divine Mother, who is in charge of all Creation, these understandings will allow us to gradually value it until we eliminate the defect of sexual energy ejaculation, as Chastity is the foundation of all work.
• Both members must know the work to be done very well and perfect it every day.
• The secret of the practice consists of the connection of the masculine Lingam with the feminine Yoni without ejaculating the Sexual Creative Energy.

Three Requirements Must Be Considered in the Practice

• Concentration: Consciousness focused on the action.
• Imagination: for the wise, to imagine is to see and create.
• Will: the willpower necessary to overcome desire.

This procedure is repeated as necessary. Withdraw or end the practice of Sex without spilling the Sexual Creative Energy (without reaching orgasm or ejaculating).

Important

• Practice only once at night. The glands work alternately (one per night), and it is necessary to allow a minimum of 20 hours to pass for the other to begin working.
• Each person should concentrate on their sexual organs, as each works with its own energy.
• Make very gentle movements so as not to spill the energy, that is, so that no sexual energy is ejaculated.
• After practice, wait a minimum of two hours before bathing.
• It is recommended to keep the marital room in very good condition of cleanliness and neatness.

What Is Energy Sublimation?

It involves learning to seminalize the brain through a breathing exercise. This exercise is a pranayama in which we imagine our spine and brain. We sublimate the energy through the Ida and Pingala ganglion channels. Here, we imagine the sexual glands and the nose. The important thing is to learn to imagine how the process occurs.

On one side, we find Ida, and on the other, Pingala. These two serpents enable us to sublimate energy through the Vital Body by performing this breathing exercise and reciting the mantra: HAM – SAH.

• HAM (prolonged): On the inhale (the inhalation lasts about twenty seconds).
• SAH (short): On the exhale (the exhalation lasts approximately two seconds).
• Pause: There is a pause before inhaling again.

Polarity and Channel Pathways

We imagine, because imagining is a form of seeing, that the energy is rising through these two channels, Ida and Pingala. In this way, we lower the level of the vessel and always keep our energy at a very appropriate level, so that it is not lost or spilled at any time.

In the case of women, the polarity is reversed. The signs are reversed, but it is exactly the same as men. Women begin with the right ovary and go to the left nostril, and continue through the left ovary, bringing the energy to the right nostril.

Origin and Benefits of Creative Energy

Sexual Creative Energy is produced by the brain in the Pineal Gland. This collects the energy of the Spirit and unites it with Sexual Hydrogen. This exercise is regenerative and greatly helps with health issues.

Practice Guidelines

• Frequency: Should be done only once a day.
• Duration: For ten minutes.
• Recommended Schedule: From four to six in the morning (when getting up, when the Vital Body has reestablished the energy of the Physical Body).
