CONF. 20 THE PSYCHOLOGICAL COUNTRY

Unquestionably, just as there is the Outer Country in which we live, so also in our intimacy there is the Psychological Country.

People are never ignorant of the city or the region where they live, unfortunately it happens that they do not know the psychological place where they are located.

At a given moment anyone knows in which neighborhood or village they are, but in the psychological field the same does not happen, normally people do not even remotely suspect at a given moment the place of their Psychological Country where they have entered.

Just as in the physical world there are boroughs of decent, cultured people, so it is in the psychological region of each one of us; there is no doubt that there are very elegant and beautiful colonies.

Just as in the physical world there are colonies or neighborhoods with very dangerous alleys full of robbers, so it is also in the psychological region of our interior.

It all depends on the kind of people who accompany us; if we have drunken friends we will end up in the canteen, and if the latter are libertines, our fate will undoubtedly be in the brothels. Within our Psychological Country, each one has his companions, his defects, these will take them to one where they must take him according to his psychological characteristics.

A virtuous and honorable lady, a magnificent wife, of exemplary conduct, living in a beautiful mansion in the physical world, due to her lustful defects could be located in dens of prostitution within her Psychological Country. An honorable gentleman, of impeccable honesty, magnificent citizen, could find himself within his psychological region located in a den of thieves, due to his terrible companions, defects of theft, deeply submerged within the unconscious.

An anchorite and penitent, possibly a blue monk living austerely, inside his cell in some monastery, could psychologically find himself located in a colony of assassins, gunmen, robbers, drug addicts, precisely because of infraconscious or unconscious defects, deeply immersed in the most difficult recesses of the psyche.

There is a reason why we have been told that there is much virtue in the wicked and that there is much evil in the virtuous.

Many canonized saints still live in the psychological dens of robbery or in houses of prostitution.

What we are emphatically affirming could scan the prudes, the pietists, the deluded ignorants, the paragons of wisdom, but never the true psychologists.

Although it may seem incredible, among the incense of prayer crime is also hidden, between the cadences of verse crime is also hidden, under the sacred dome of the most divine sanctaries crime is clothed with the robe of sanctity and the sublime word.

Among the deep depths of the most venerable saints, live the defects of brothels, robbery, murder, etc.

Subhuman companions hidden among the unfathomable depths of the unconscious.

The various saints of history suffered much for this reason, let us remember the temptations of St. Anthony, all those abominations against which our brother Francis of Assisi had to fight.

However, not everything was said by those saints and most of the anchorites were silent.

One is astonished to think that some penitent and most holy anchorites live in the psychological colonies of prostitution and theft.

However, they are saints and if they have not yet discovered these frightful things of their psyche, when they discover them they will use silicons on their flesh, they will fast, possibly they will whip themselves, and they will beg their divine mother Kundalini to eliminate from their psych those bad companions who in those dark dens of their own Psychological Country, have them in.

Much has been said by different religions about life after death and the afterlife.

Let the poor people no longer rack their brains over what is on the other side, beyond the grave.

Unquestionably, after death, each one continues to live in the usual psychological colony.

The thief in the dens of thieves will continue; the lustful in the brothels will continue as a ghost, the wrathful, the furious will continue living in the dangerous alleys of vice and anger, there also where the dagger shines and the shots of the pistols ring.

The Essence itself is very beautiful, it came from above the stars and unfortunately it is inside all these defects that we carry inside.

On the other hand, the Essence can retrace its steps, return to the original point of departure, return to the stars, but it must first free itself from its evil companions who have it stuck in the suburbs of perdition.

When Francis of Assisi and Anthony of Padua, illustrious Christified Masters, discovered within themselves the defects of perdition, they suffered the unspeakable and there is no doubt that, on the basis of Conscious Works and Voluntary Sufferings, they managed to reduce to cosmic dust all that set of inhuman elements that lived within them. Unquestionably, these Saints became Christified and returned to the original starting point after having suffered much.

First of all, it is necessary, it is urgent, it cannot be postponed, that the Magnetic Center that we have abnormally established in our false personality be transferred to the Essence, so that the complete man can begin his journey from personality to the stars, ascending in a progressive didactic way, from degree to degree through the Mountain of Being.

As long as the Magnetic Center established in our illusory personality continues, we will live in the most abominable psychological dens; even though in practical life we are magnificent citizens.

Each one has a Magnetic Center that characterizes him: the merchant has the Magnetic Center of commerce and therefore he develops in the markets and attracts what is related to him, buyers and merchants.

The man of science has in his personality the Magnetic Center of science and therefore attracts to himself all things of science, books, laboratories, etc.

The esotericist has in himself the magnetic center of esotericism, and since this kind of center becomes different from questions of personality, it is undoubtedly for this reason that transference takes place.

When the Magnetic Center is established in the Consciousness, that is, in the Essence, then the return of the total Man to the stars begins.
