Conference No. 2 - Phase B.

Reflective Meditation Practice

  • Reflective Meditation:

1. Perform a few minutes of dervish whirls.

2. Perform the Protection of the Belilin and the Magic Circle.

3. Ask for assistance from the Inner Father and the Divine Mother.

4. Relaxation of the psychic part, concentrated in the ears listening to the external sounds captured without imagining or thinking anything (for this we will concentrate in ears for a couple of minutes).

5. Relaxation of the emotional part, inhaling gently and deeply through the nostrils nasal and exhaling through the mouth as a sigh (at least 5 times).

6. Relaxation of the physical body.

7. Reconstruct a specific scene or event, (Mantra RAOM-GAOM).

8. Carefully reflect on every detail of the reconstructed scene.

9. Supplicate to the Divine Mother for the elimination of every negative detail that has been understood.

10. Upon finishing, thank the Divine Mother for her assistance.

Observations:

When reconstructing a scene, it is fundamental not to identify* with it.

In no case should justification be accepted* nor responsibility evaded.

The objective is to judge oneself*, not others.

It is important to make the effort to put oneself in the other person's point of view*.
